F-Díaz Fruit Concentrates are made with real fruit — essentially stabilized fruit pulp with a long shelf life and excellent durability after opening.

They can be used to prepare almost any recipe you would make with fresh fruit.

Since they contain no added sugar, they’re highly versatile — perfect for sauces, marinades, dressings, and many other recipes.

They’re quick and easy to use, dissolving effortlessly in water or milk.

Each quart (32 fl oz) of concentrate yields up to 4 gallons of finished product — or even more, depending on your recipe.

Shelf life is 2 years unopened, and 6 months refrigerated after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.

DIRECTIONS:
Sweeten the water to taste using your preferred sweetener (e.g., 1.8 to 2 oz of sugar per quart of water), stir until fully dissolved, then add the fruit concentrate and stir again until fully mixed (use 1.8 to 2 oz of concentrate per quart of water).
IMPORTANT: Always sweeten the water before adding the concentrate.
